Through direct communications, Pain Societies and other humanitarian
organizations we have already made direct personal contacts or are in that
process with the following governments
- Bolivia

- Colombia
- France
- Guatemala
- Hungary
- Italy
- Germany

- Panama
- Peru

- The Vatican
We are actively working now with several of these governments in order to
bring the Initiative to the General Assembly of the United Nations so as to
implement a Convention of the Member Nations.
We are working with scholar’s experts in Human Rights for the advancement
of the Initiative. At this moment, the Humanity Department at The
University of Puerto Rico is studying the UN Resolution Project that will be
presented by the Nations that are working today with the Initiative.
We have identified experts in the United Nations administrative and protocol
procedures to advance the Initiative through the administrative channels.
We are working with the translation of the Principles of the Initiative to
most languages of the world.
We have requested and acquired funds to support the implementation of the
Initiative.
We have appeared on public television, radio and newspapers in many countries
of the world talking about the Initiative and we have had unanimous support from
the general public. We also published written material about the
Initiative and distributed it in many conventions in various different countries.
